Seldrona is operated by Alicia Cross in Lawton, Oklahoma. This policy covers our demo request page, our own SMS demo program, and our client intake and setup forms.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, SMS consent choice, acceptance of the terms, the disclosures presented to you, the form address, and the submission date and time. Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services, such as connection and delivery logs.
Client intake and setup forms
These forms collect business and contact details, call-handling information, account-readiness answers, proposed messaging processes, and service preferences. We save your answers, acknowledgement wording, form version, source address, and submission time. We use them to assess service fit, plan setup, and follow up by email. Responses are not displayed publicly. These forms do not sign a contract, authorize spending, or enroll anyone in SMS. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, API keys, EINs, payment details, or customer records.
How we use it
We use these details to coordinate your requested demo, answer your questions, document your choices, and—only if you opt in—provide demo enrollment, missed-call follow-up, and related support texts once texting is active. Calling the demo number alone does not enroll you in text messaging.
SMS consent and sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent applies only to Seldrona’s own demo program. It is not transferred to other businesses. We use service providers for hosting, storage, automation, and communications, including Sites/Cloudflare, Make, Microsoft 365, and Twilio as those integrations are enabled. They process information as needed to provide those services, deliver messages, and protect against abuse. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase. When messaging is active, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can also email alicia@seldrona.com to withdraw consent, ask about your information, or request correction or deletion. We may retain limited consent and opt-out records to honor your choices and meet applicable obligations.
Retention and protection
We retain request information while needed to handle your inquiry, deliver agreed services, and maintain necessary consent records. We restrict access to submitted information and use HTTPS in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through this form.
Cookies and changes
We do not add advertising trackers to this website. The hosting platform may use essential security or access controls. We will update this page when the program or our data practices change; new uses requiring consent will require a new opt-in.
